Practical, simple, and effective organization
Evidence-based strategies that get right to the point. No drawn-out morning routines or tedious productivity "hacks" that waste time.
Simply put, executive functioning refers to the numerous skills you use to make plans and organize your life. These skills affect your ability to manage time, solve problems, be productive, and have self-control.
Just like any other skill set, executive functioning has many levels of ability. Some people may find difficulty planning more than a few days in advance and often miss deadlines. Other people may find no difficulty in planning, but lack the skills to execute tasks efficiently. Regardless of where your starting point may be, learning these skills will greatly improve your productivity.
Our services focus on teens and young adults. High school and college students struggling with consistency, efficiency, or suffering from ADHD-like executive functioning challenges (time management, cramming, burnout, etc.)
Rather than focusing solely on productivity, our coaching takes a holistic approach, examining factors often considered outside the scope of executive functioning, such as physical activity, diet, sleep, and cognitive patterns. Numerous studies emphasize the importance of these elements, but they are often the most overlooked.
